This is definitely a difficult issue. We completely understand, which is why we don’t require annual membership contracts that lock you in. To cancel or deactivate your membership, please log in to the Hub. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select "Billing". At the bottom of the Billing page, click on "Cancel" under the "Deactivate Account" section. 


We cannot allow anyone to deactivate your membership for you -- you must do it yourself. (See article: Membership Options)


NOTE: If you choose to rejoin Master Networks within 60 days of cancelling your membership, you will not have to pay the application fee again.
