Training Tidbits is a two-year rotation of training and personal development. You can order your own copy of Training Tidbits HERE for your personal use. With a very few exceptions, the material for every chapter meeting comes from this book.
In Training Tidbits, the first week of the month is always focused on The Master Skill, going in depth on each aspect of B.O.N.D. The second and fifth weeks are Five Plus One-focused, covering an aspect of one of the five business disciplines in more detail. The third week is all about working on those leadership skills.
And the fourth week is all about personal development.
